Selling Collection to Us

Sell Anime Products to Us: Terms and Conditions

1. Product Eligibility

  • Accepted Items: We accept a wide range of anime-related products, including but not limited to figures, posters, DVDs, Blu-rays, merchandise, and manga.
  • Condition Requirements: All items must be in good condition, free from significant damage or defects. Items should be clean and, where applicable, in their original packaging.

2. Submission Process

  • Initial Inquiry: Initial Inquiry: Submit an inquiry by emailing detailed descriptions and clear photos of the items you wish to sell to info@animehouse.co.nz
  • Evaluation: Our team will review your submission and provide an initial offer based on the current market value and the condition of the items within [5] business days.
  • Shipping Instructions: If you accept our offer, you can either send or drop off the items at Anime House Mega Store, 2/18 Cavendish Drive, Manukau, Auckland. Sellers may be responsible for the cost of shipping unless otherwise specified. Please use secure packaging to avoid damage during transit.

3. Inspection and Final Offer

  • Item Inspection: Upon receipt of your items, our team will inspect them to verify their condition and authenticity.
  • Revised Offer: If the items match the initial descriptions, we will confirm the original offer. If there are discrepancies, we may revise the offer accordingly. You will have the option to accept the revised offer or have the items returned at your expense.

4. Payment
